Daehan New Pharm Night March...Confirming Will to Achieve GoalsDaehan New Pharm (CEO Park Myung-rae) held the “2004 Mountain March Competition” on the 4th to establish a sense of purpose and strengthen the sales organization. The event took place on a 60km mountain march course from Yanggu, Gangwon Province, to Inje and Hyeon-ri, with about 130 participants from the sales and sales support departments, including CEO Park. The march, which started at midnight after a sales meeting on the 3rd, was conducted along National Road 31, crossing the now-closed old Gwangchiryung Pass to reach Inje and Hyeon-ri. This route, known as the “hell march course,” typically takes about 15 hours and is known to be challenging even for frontline soldiers. The march was organized by small sales teams that encouraged and pushed each other, and all participants completed the march without anyoneping out in about 15 hours. Notably, three female employees voluntarily participated and completed the march alongside their male colleagues. Participant Lee Chae-il (36), team leader of the Ulsan team, said, “Remembering the spirit of my military service 10 years ago, I reflected on my somewhat lax attitude so far and had a good experience strengthening camaraderie with colleagues who sweat together in the sales field. Based on this spirit and organizational strength, I will do my best to achieve the given targets." Since its listing on KOSDAQ, Daehan New Pharm has been solidifying its sales foundation through sound growth, securing excellent talents, and intensive training.
