Daehan Nupharm Production Headquarters is located in Hyangnam Pharmaceutical Complex, Hwaseongsi, Gyeonggi-do.
As many companies are located within the complex, working and closing hours are the same.
Factory working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, and shuttle buses operate from Suwon Station to the factory.
(Departure from Suwon Station: 6:40 AM)

Lunch is provided, including dinner in case of overtime work.
Daehan Nupharm operates primarily on an annual salary system (with the exception of production workers, who are on a seniority-based system).
Annual salary consists of base pay and bonuses, and performance bonuses may be paid depending on the
company results.
For sales positions, an additional “performancebased annual salary system” is operated, reflecting performance and contribution to the company.
The probationary period and salary rate for new employees are as follows :
Probation : 3 months from the hiring date
Salary : Annual salary/12 months × 80% × 3 months
Note : After probation, the full salary is paid
Recruitment for pharmaceutical sales proceeds as follows :
Applicant résumé submission → Review by branch managers and division heads → 1st-round individual practical interviews per branch → 2ndround HQ interview (division head + HR team) → Final acceptance (negotiation on salary and start date)

Job rank system : Staff → Assistant Manager → Deputy Manager → Manager → Senior Manager → General Manager
Regular promotions : Candidates are confirmed annually by the HR Development Committee considering the evaluations and length of service at rank
Special promotions : Employees who achieve outstanding results may be given early promotion opportunities throughive appointments following competency verification.
The start date for experienced employees is decided in consultation with the candidate.
Considering continuity of work and early placement in the role, however, a handover period of 1–2 weeks
from the previous job is provided; longer periods are discouraged.
