Job Introduction
- Carries out strain/cell line development and screening to develop competitive products.
- Carries out process development/optimization and scale-up for microbial fermentation and cell culture.
- Responsible for partnership activities, identifying and collaborating with companies and products that can create synergies by accurately understanding the strengths and weaknesses of our company.
- Organizes and reviews partner data appropriately, and handles regulatory approval processes and responses with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).

02Formulation Division
Job Introduction
- The formulation team develops differentiated products such as generics for domestic and overseas markets (obtaining exclusivity rights), formulation changes, and OTC drugs.
- Conducts the physicochemical property evaluation of APIs to develop finished pharmaceuticals with appropriate safety and efficacy.
- Conducts studies to ensure the bioequivalence and stability of the developed finished products.
Required Competencies
- Active communication and efforts to understand others are required due to close collaboration with related departments and MFDS.
- Basic knowledge or learning ability in fields such as pharmacy, chemistry, and life sciences is required.

- Studies approval regulations, guidelines, and cases to obtain and maintain product approvals, and builds networks to submit opinions and improvements to government policies.

- Manages clinical trials (including schedule and budget management) in accordance with ICH-GCP, KGCP, and other regulations to secure evidence for products.

03Quality Division QC Team
Job Introduction
- Conducts testing of raw materials, materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals, performing rapid and accurate inspections while complying with legal regulatory requirements associated with quality control.
Required Competencies
- Must possess knowledge of general and analytical chemistry related to physicochemical tests and instrumental analysis, with acquisition of a chemical analysis engineer certification recommended.
- For microbiological testing, background in microbiology is required, or at least specialized expertise in microbiology.
- Must be careful and precise in testing, while also capable of quick task processing to ensure timely supply.
- Must understand the legal regulatory requirements and reflect them to GMP to ensure compliance.
04Management Division Production Support Team
