Daehan New Pharm (CEO Park Myung-rae) held the ‘A+ 2004! Management Strategy Seminar and Mountaineering Competition’ over two days on the 2nd and 3rd, aimed at establishing a sense of purpose and revitalizing sales activities. The event took place at Lake Hills Hotel in Songnisan, with about 170 participants including all employees from sales and administrative departments, excluding production site staff.
On the first day, participants completed a circuit around Moonjangdae and Sinsendae in Songnisan within about seven hours, with noouts. This was followed by a night of unity, reinforcing the strength of an organized team. The next day’s management strategy seminar involved in-depth discussions on strategies for achieving second-half and full-year 2004 goals, and included the ‘A+ 2004! Management Strategy Declaration Ceremony.’
An awards ceremony for outstanding employees of the first half was also held, where winners received overseas training opportunities in Southeast Asia. Special guest Lee Hee-goo, chairman of Geo Young and former head of the Wholesale Association, delivered a keynote lecture on ‘Salesperson Strategies and Attitudes amid the Pharmaceutical Industry’s Development.’
Chairman Lee encouraged participants to take pride and responsibility in their roles as contributors to public health, despite the many changes and challenges in the domestic pharmaceutical industry environment.
Lee Sang-pil, branch manager of Gwangju who received an award for outstanding employee, expressed that the seminar was a meaningful opportunity to reflect on himself and feel limitless possibilities and pride in the company.
Since listing on KOSDAQ, Daehan New Pharm has been achieving substantial growth based on the successful establishment of specialty and herbal medicine markets. |
